The Lounge's working environment is always young and energetic, where I can find inspiration and room to improve myself. At The Lounge, I can put my heart and soul into making the best cup of coffee for every customer.

I have been working in The Lounge for 6 years. To me, The Lounge and JW Marriott are like my second home. Unlike other fine-dining restaurants, The Lounge has a very large working area and long opening hours. In this working environment, we are always busy during our shifts. Working always goes along with hardship but there is also happiness, for example, The Lounge is full of good-looking people (laugh). I try my best to spread my positive energy even though I am in a bad mood. Because I believe if I can create a positive working environment, everything good will come easily and naturally.

Starting as an intern, I have been working in The Lounge for the last 4 years. The Lounge means a lot to me because I have spent my whole university student days here. With the support of my co-workers, I have improved and grown a lot over time. The Lounge gives me opportunities to learn in different positions and works in a luxurious, modern atmosphere with fragrant tea, tasty pastry, and breath-taking view.
